Product introduction

The design speed of BN603 Electric Vehicle can reach 45 km / h,it is equipped with a 3000W motor and 72V105Ah Lithium battery

Intended Use

Electric vehicles are used for pepole’s daily lives

It is prohibited to use the vehicle for purposes other than those

defined in the manual

Electric vehicle should always be used by people whose

psychological and physical states are intact and have not been altered by drugs or alcohol

We refuses to assume any responsibility for damages caused by

improper use of the vehicle or use beyond the scope of this manual

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the vehicle

and the following manuals to improve their functionality without prior notice.

Safety instructions

General warnings

Please read this manual carefully for proper use of the vehicle.

Respect local and national road traffic regulations.

The vehicle is used for adult,cannot be used by children,

Always pay attention to the presence of children.

Never drive the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol

If possible,do not drive in adverse weather conditions,low visibility

The maximum loading weight: 150 kilograms.

The maximum loading persons are only one driver and one passenger

The service life of the vehicle is determined by the wear and tear of

non repairable and/or replaceable components.

Use only the charger supplied with the vehicle. Using other battery

Chargers may damage the battery

when park or leave the vehicle,do not forget turn off the power and

apply the handbrake,avoid injury to yourself or others

When you turn on the power by key,

you need press the “-” brake pedal firstly,

then you can activate the forward/neutral/reverse gear (D/N/R)

When you leave the electric vehicle, please remember to turn off the

electric heater

The independent handbrake is only a physical handbrake,

independent handbrake does not have power off Function

So even you use independent handbrake,the Vehicle will move when you use Accelerator pedal and the Gear is D/R ,please be careful

Checks before each drive

Turn on the vehicle with the key provided,ensure that all electrical

functions working properly, for example,Display,all lights,

horn,etc

Ensure the correct position of the rearview mirror

Ensure the tires pressure are fully function

Ensure the brakes are fully functional

Ensure that the battery has sufficient power,If the battery is low,

please charge it

Weight limit

Comply with the weight limit of vehicle.the maximum loading weight is 150

kilograms, beyond the maximum range, the manufacturer shall not be liable for

personal injury or property damage caused by non-compliance with weight capacity.

Operating instructions

Your vehicle is easy to operate, but we suggest that you carefully read the following instructions to become familiar with your new vehicle

Gear selector: forward/neutral/reverse (D/N/R)

Turn on and off the vehicle

Insert the key and turn on the power,

and display will turn on.

After turn off the power by key,and rotate steering wheel,

the steering wheel will be locked.

Accelerator pedal/Brake pedal

The vehicle accelerates by pressing the “+” pedal

The vehicle brakes by pressing the “-” pedal

The vehicle equipped with parking brake

When you turn on the power by key,you need press the “-” brake pedal firstly,

then you can activate the forward/neutral/reverse gear (D/N/R)

3.Rotating gear: forward/neutral/reverse

The symbol "D" is used to activate the forward gear.

The symbol "N" is used to operate the neutral position.

The symbol "R" is used to activate reverse gear.

When reversing, the reverse image will be showed

on display,and has di-di-di sounds

Wiper

Lower the control lever to activate wiper

Pull the control lever backwards to spray water

Switch of electric heater

Press the button to turn on the ventilation system

Please note when you leave the electric vehicle,

please remember to turn off the electric heater

Switch of Rear window

Use it to Lift and lower the rear window

Direction indicators

Lift the control lever to operate right turn signal

Lower the control lever to operate left turn signal

Functions of headlights

As the standard of EEC certificate,

when turn on the power,the front light will turn on,

and show low beam headlights on display

by rotating the end of the control lever

you can turn on high beam headlights

By pulling the lever backwards and bouncing back,

you can switch between high and low beam lights

Fan,Light and Sunroof

Press the button near fan,to turn on or off fan

“I” mean turn on fan

“o” mean turn off fan

Press the button to turn on or off the light

“I” mean turn on the light

“o” mean turn off the light

Use the button to open or close the sunroof

Rearview mirror

1. The rearview mirror can be manually folded

Display and Reverse image

Alarm for leaving seat of driver

When you leave the seat of driver,the vehicle will Reminder to you by alarm

Air Switch

Use the button to turn on/off the Air Switch

If you do not use the vehicle for a long time,

please turn off the air switch

Independent handbrake

The independent handbrake is only a physical handbrake,

independent handbrake does not have power off Function

so even you use independent handbrake,

the Vehicle will move when use Accelerator pedal and the Gear is D/R,

please be careful

Pull Rod

By pulling the pull rod,

can open the front face of vehicle

and can put water of wiper in box

Assemble Rearview mirror

Please note,the cover of Rearview mirror and black buckle

They have a left and right distinction,do not mistake

The assemble way as below

put the cover on Rearview mirror

Get 6pcs screws from a box in carton of Rearview mirror

Use the 6pcs screws to fix the Rearview mirror

Put the black buckle on Rearview mirror

Assemble Wiper

Please note,the wiper has spring,when you assemble,be careful

Do not let the wiper to smash towards the glass instantly that causing glass damage

And after finish to assemble the wiper,please remove the green cushion  

The assemble way as below

Find the parts of wiper from carton

Open the buckle,and insert the part,then colse the buckle

remove the nut,and put the wiper on screw,tight the nut and put the buckle

then remove the green cushion  

 

Charging

The input voltage of the charger is 220V

Open the side panel of the vehicle,

connect the charging port to the charger.

Connect the charger to the power outlet.

The charger indicates red,it means charging.

The charger indicates green,it means charge fully.

Charging Instructions

Before using the charger, please read all instructions and warnings

While charging make sure the charger is placed at a well-ventilated

area.and the charger itself should never be placed nearby or covered

under flammable materials like fabric

Use only the charger supplied with the vehicle. Using other battery

chargers may damage the battery or causing danger.

If the vehicle is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge

the battery at least once a month to avoid battery damage

Do not keep charging battery a long time in a too cold or hot place.

Connect the charger output plug with vehicle battery socket case

properly and then insert the charger input plug into electrical outlet.

After finish charging,pull the input plug out from the electrical outlet

then pull out the output connecting plug from the vehicle battery socket case.

While charging, keep it out of the reach of children.

While charging , turn off the engine and remove the key.

usually,it will take about 7-8 hours to charge the battery fully

depending on the batteries state of charge.

Do not let the charger charge for a long time,also not be left and

connected electrical outlet for a long time,as it may damage the charger and cause fire

Never touch the charging connector with hands,keys,or other metallic
